How To Make The Perfect Plaster Baby Handprint Craft Impression Every Time

To get The Perfect impression in plaster rub some baby oil on your baby's hand or foot before making the impression, this will help stop the plaster from sticking to the skin and aid in the clean-up process. The oil will also act as a barrier to protect your Baby's soft delicate skin, from the plaster.

If you would like to use the impression as a wall hanging all you need to do is:

Once the plaster has cured and it's ready to come out of the container,

This Plaque was produced using two handprint craft methods Remove the straw and you will be left with a perfect hole that a ribbon or string can be fed through to make a hang loop.

To personalize the impression with your child's name and birth date, do so before the plaster has dried and hardened.
You can take a toothpick and write your baby’s name and the date into the plaster while it is still soft, you can also decorate it with tiny beads and other craft things.
